MCard Under 19 Post Campaign Research - Privacy Notice (Age Appropriate)
What is personal data?
Personal data is information about a living person that means we can work out who they are.
When we collect your personal data, West Yorkshire Combined Authority is what is known as the ‘data controller’.
As the data controller, we will:
Only keep your data that we need to provide services you have requested and do what the law says we must
Keep your data safe and accurate
Only keep your data as long as we have to
Collect, store and use your data in a way which does not break any data protection laws
What data are we collecting?
The Combined Authority is collecting this data to allow us to test the recall and success of the recent under 19 MCard marketing campaign with the target audiences.
The Combined Authority is the data controller for this project as we are we are collecting data via an online Snap software survey. All questions are optional and are written in a way designed to reduce the chance that you will be identifiable from them.
The survey will ask you about your thoughts on the recent advert campaign, where you may have seen it and some questions about you including age, ethnicity, gender identity and religion.
Who are we sharing your data with?
The Combined Authority does not have any intention to share your personal information outside of the organisation.
How long do we keep your data for?
We only keep your information for as long as we need it to analyse the survey results, and this will be a maximum of eight weeks from data collection. After this time has passed, we will safely delete your information.
