Mass Transit phase one consultation survey prize draw – Terms and Conditions (16 years and over)
- This prize draw has been organised by West Yorkshire Combined Authority (the “Organiser”) of Wellington House, 40-50 Wellington Street, Leeds LS1 2DE.
- To enter participants must have completed the West Yorkshire Combined Authority Mass Transit phase one consultation survey, selected yes to participate and have left their email address or phone number.
- This prize draw is open to anyone resident in the United Kingdom, excluding employees and immediate families of the organiser, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
- There are 10 prizes available. 10 winners will each win a £50 One4All e-voucher or voucher.
- The prize draw will close at 23:59 on Monday 30 September 2024. The winners will be contacted via email that is provided when completing the Mass Transit phase one survey. The winners will be drawn at random on Thursday 3 October 2024 and informed by Thursday 10 October 2024 at the latest.
- In the event that the winner has not responded within 14 days of notification, the organiser reserves the right to re-allocate the prize to a reserve winner.
- The organiser reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value if, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the stated prize is no longer available.
- The organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Conditions in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the organiser’s reasonable control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as reasonably practicable.
- The organiser accepts no liability for any loss, injury or damage suffered through the acceptance and use of the prize.
- By entering the competition, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Conditions and by the decisions of the organiser.
- There is no cash alternative.
- The decision of the Organiser regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- The Organiser will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any technical malfunction, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
- Prize draw privacy notice: For the purposes of the UK GDPR, the ‘controller’ of the personal data which you provide to be supplied with a prize is West Yorkshire Combined Authority (ICO registration # ZA051694). Personal data will be processed under the lawful basis of ‘contract’. For those who supply an email address, the voucher code will be sent via email and text through the One4all website, no further information is required. For those who supply a phone number, they will be contacted by the organiser if successful in the prize draw so that a postal address can be collected. The voucher would then be sent to you by post. As part of the voucher process your email address or postal address will be supplied to One4All and they will become the data controller for the information supplied.
