Castleford Railway Station Survey

The West Yorkshire Combined Authority, in partnership with Northern, Network Rail and Wakefield Metropolitan District Council, have made significant improvements and enhancements to Castleford railway station, providing a more attractive and welcoming gateway to Castleford town centre. This has included provision of a brand-new station building, remodelling of the car park and highway area, and complete refurbishment of the underpass. The work was completed in December 2020.
